Our core mission is to identify, verify, document, preserve, and share Chinese American contributions to the cultural, economic, and social development of the United States of America.
By encouraging community involvement, contributing to the service of the American civic process, and promoting diversity and integration, we envision a stronger country that champions equally the contributions and cultural assets of all people.

ORGANIZATIONAL PURPOSE
To unite all members of the Chinese American community; to encourage cooperation between the Chinese American community and others who are of like purpose; to promote and preserve Chinese culture, language and tradition; to identify, verify, document, preserve, promote, share, and celebrate Chinese American contributions to the cultural, economic, and social development of the United States of America; to further the cause of freedom and democracy; to safeguard the rights and ensure equality of members of the Chinese American community; to defend and protect the Constitution of the United States and the civil rights of all American; to serve as a coordinating body of Chinese American community charitable and educational activities; to assist in the provision of low income and other housing to the Chinese American community; to enhance the general welfare of members of the Chinese American community; to solicit and receive grants and contributions from any and all sources for the accomplishment of the foregoing purpose; and, generally, to have and exercise all of the rights, duties, powers and privileges of a corporation organized pursuant to chapter 180 of the General Laws as amended from time to time provide such purposes are not inconsistent with the organization’s qualification as a 501(c )(3) organization.
